SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. We currently offer:

Standard Shipping — 3 to 8 business days Cost: $8 USD Free shipping on orders over $400 USD.

Delivery times begin within 24 business hours after your purchase is confirmed. Weekends and national, regional, and local holidays observed at our warehouse are excluded from delivery estimates.

Deliveries may be delayed during sale periods, promotions, or special campaigns. In these cases, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation date. If you have not received your package after this period, please contact our customer service team.

For security reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes, hotels, extended-stay properties, residences, vacation rentals, freight forwarders, logistics platforms, or similar establishments.
